Every order ships with a Delhivery tracking number. The quickest way to track is the link in your shipping confirmation email — it opens live tracking with one tap.

Where to find your tracking number
- In the "Your order is on the way" email we send the moment your parcel is dispatched — check your spam or Promotions tab if you can't see it
- In the SMS Delhivery sends to the mobile number on your order
- Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch
What to expect
- Order confirmed — we receive and verify your order straight after checkout
- Packed & dispatched — within 1–2 business days
- Shipped — tracking number sent to you by email and SMS
- Out for delivery — the parcel is with the courier for final delivery
- Delivered — typically 5–7 business days from dispatch

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, on both payment methods. If you chose Cash on Delivery, you paid ₹99 online when you ordered — that ₹99 comes off your total and the delivery agent collects the rest. Nothing extra is added for COD, and the ₹99 is fully refundable if you cancel before dispatch.
