Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value, on both payment methods. There is no paid shipping tier.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch within 1-2 business days and delivery takes 5-7 business days anywhere in India.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships. You can track it on the courier's website.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact us at vougestreet.support@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Payments & COD
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay online by UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking through Razorpay, or choose Cash on Delivery.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Choose Cash on Delivery and you pay ₹99 online to confirm your order. That ₹99 comes off your total — the delivery agent collects the rest. Nothing extra is added for COD, and the ₹99 is fully refundable if you cancel before dispatch.
Can you show me a COD example?
One tee at ₹799 on Cash on Delivery is still ₹799 in total — ₹99 paid online now, ₹700 to the delivery agent. Shipping is free either way.
Is the ₹99 COD advance refundable?
Yes. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, the ₹99 COD advance is refunded in full.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant payment processing.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before your order is dispatched — that is usually within 1-2 business days of ordering. Contact us as soon as you can.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchange page for details.
How do I return an item?
Email us at vougestreet.support@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll confirm the request and arrange a pickup.
Does it cost anything to return an item?
If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, pickup is free. For a size exchange you have requested yourself, a ₹99 return pickup charge applies. This is a separate charge from the ₹99 COD advance, which is part of your order total rather than an addition to it.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery and subject to stock. Email your order number and the size you need. A ₹99 return pickup charge applies to customer-initiated size exchanges.

We strive for complete accuracy. If you find an error, please let us know immediately.
Do you provide size guides?
Yes. Each product has a detailed size guide. Check the product page for measurements.
Are your products ethically made?

Do you offer custom orders?

Account & Customer Service
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top right. Enter your email and password to get started.
Why did my account get locked?
For security reasons, accounts lock after multiple failed login attempts. Reset your password or contact support.
How can I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or manage preferences in your account settings.
How do I contact customer support?

Do you have a physical store?

Promotions & Discounts
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout before completing your purchase.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code per order.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are eligible for a size exchange only, not a refund.
